SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES
Furniture and large items may have an additional freight charge. Email us for details.
Because most of our products are custom made for you after you place your order, lead times may vary. Estimate two to five weeks for delivery. Furniture may take between six to eight weeks.
If you need a rush delivery, call us to see what we can do for you. Additional charges may apply.
Items that are ordered together may not ship together.
PRODUCT FINISHES
Most products are hand made or assembled. This may cause variations in the overall look of the product. No two items will look alike.
Some products are constructed from pine and solid birch plywood. Due to the nature of pine, drawers and doors will not always slide and close completely flush. Cracks, knots, splits and variations in finish add to the overall character of the piece and are not considered defects.
As colors vary on different monitors, colors may be slightly different in person than what you see on your screen. We try to be as accurate as possible in all our color and finish options.
RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We will even pay for shipping if the return is a result of an error on our part.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information gathered by Faithful Home Collection will remain with us. We will never sell or distribute our customer's information including information collected from our mailing list.
SECURE ORDERING
We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to safeguard the online shopping consumer.

We are always looking for new products. If you are an artist with a product you think would fit at Faithful Home Collection, call or email us. All submissions are confidential and won't be used without your permission. However, be advised that products are being added frequently and something similar to your product may already be in the works.
